Co-chairs of the Judicial Observation Judge Melissa Barrett and UCLM’s team leader Gary Domenico spoke on WXXI’s Connections. Judge Barrett is a Rochester City Court judge; acting Monroe County Court judge; and supervising judge for town and village courts in Monroe, Cayuga, and Wayne counties. Mr. Domenico co-chairs UCLM’s Judicial Observation Project committee, which led the planning, recruitment and training efforts.
